Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy has a duration of 30 days. After this 30-day period following your purchase, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

In order to qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and must be in the same condition as when you initially received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

Please note that there are certain categories of items that cannot be returned. These include perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for products considered intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

To finalize your return, we need a receipt or a valid proof of purchase.

Please refrain from returning the item to the manufacturer.

Refunds

After we have received and examined your return, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the receipt of your returned item. Subsequently, we will inform you of whether your refund request has been approved or declined.

In the event of approval, your refund will be promptly processed and automatically credited to your original payment method, whether it is a credit card or another original method of payment, within a specific number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund yet, please start by checking your bank account.

Afterward, it’s a good idea to get in touch with your credit card company, as it might take a while before the refund is officially reflected in your account.

Additionally, consider contacting your bank, as there can be some processing time before the refund shows up in your bank statement.

Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds, as sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will initiate replacements exclusively in cases where items are found to be defective or damaged. If you require a replacement of the same item, please reach out to us via email here .

Gifts

If the product was designated as a gift during the purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the item’s value upon returning it. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.

However, if the item was not marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping expenses associated with returning the item. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The time it takes for the replacement product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value items, it is advisable to consider using a trackable shipping service and possibly purchasing shipping insurance. However, we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
